System: Carbolite CDF 15/1B

The furnace reaches rapid heating and cooling rates due to its small chamber size. It is suitable for a variety of thermal treatments in the range from 500 to 1530°C in ambient atmosphere. Various ZrO2 and Al2O3 crucibles and sinter plates are available to hold the sample material. A continuous temperature log of the target and current temperature is recorded.

Useful tips:

Suitable samples:
  • All kinds of materials except explosives and flammable materials, and samples releasing flammable or toxic gases.
Sample specifications:
  • The sample volume is limited by the size of the crucibles and the furnace chamber, respectively.
Range/Options:
  • Temperature range: 500–1530 °C
  • Atmosphere: ambient
  • Furnace chamber size: H = 80 mm, W = 90 mm, D = 150 mm
