Dynamic / fatigue testing

Dynamic, uniaxial tests on test specimens made of metallic, polymeric and ceramic materials as well as on assemblies and medical devices to determine fatigue strength (Wöhler curve). The tests can be carried out both at room temperature and in a temperature-controlled water bath at 37°C.

The samples can also be tested for fretting corrosion or the release of particles under dynamic load.

RMS is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited analysis laboratory (accreditation type C). Many of the analyses are already validated. New or customer-specific analysis methods can be validated and accredited by us.
